Here     a = 10.0, d = 10.5 - 10.0 = 0.5

We know that

$\dpi{100} a_n$ = a + (n - 1)d

$\dpi{100} \rightarrow$                   $\dpi{100} a_1_1$ = a + (11 - 1)d = 10.0 + 10(0.5) = 10.0 + 5.0 = 15.0

Thus,               $\dpi{100} a_1_1$ = 15.0
