$(a-b)+a+(a+d)=42\Rightarrow a=14$

$\therefore$ (a-d)XaX(a+d)=(14-d)X14X(14+d)=2240

$\Rightarrow (14^2-d^2)X14=2240$

$\therefore d=^+_-6$

So,the terms are 8,14 and 20.
