$\dpi{120} \large =\frac {1}{2}\left [ -5(-7)+ 3(3)+5(4) \right ]$

$\dpi{120} \large =\frac {1}{2}\left [ 35+9+20 \right ]$

$\dpi{120} \large =\frac {64}{2} = 32 \: sq\: units$
