Points are collinear, if the area of the triangle formed by them is zero.

So, for points (-3,-5), (-5,-6) and (m,-4), the area of triangle is to be zero.

i.e.,         frac {1}{2}left | -3(-6+4)-5(-4+5)+m(-5+6) right |=0

i.e.,       left | 6-5+m right |=0
