Work done by 2 men in 12 days = 1

work done by 1 man in one day =

$\dpi{120} \large \frac{1}{2 X 12}=\frac{1}{24}$

Work done by 4 men in 1 day = $\dpi{120} \large \frac{4}{24}=\frac{1}{6}$

Work done by 3 women in 12 days= 1

work done by 1 women in 1 day =

$\dpi{120} \large \frac{1}{3 X 12}=\frac{1}{36}$

work done by 6 women in 1 day =$\dpi{120} \large \frac{6}{36}=\frac{1}{6}$

work done by 4 men and 6 women in 1 day =$\dpi{120} \large \frac{1}{6}+\frac{1}{6}= \frac{2}{6}= \frac{1}{3}$
