Given that : $\frac {2}{3},\frac {4}{7},\frac {3}{5}$

LCM of 3,7,5 is 105.

$\frac {2}{3}\times\frac {35}{35}=\frac {70}{105};\frac {4}{7}\times \frac {15}{15}=\frac {60}{105}$

$\frac {3}{5}\times\frac {21}{21}=\frac {63}{105};\frac {7}{15}\times \frac {7}{7}=\frac {49}{105}$

$\therefore \: \: \: \: \: \frac {70}{105},i.e.,\frac {2}{3}$  is the largest fraction.

Hence, the correct option is (a).
