Let us understand the concept of thickest and thinnest.
The thickest and thinnest can always be found from group of object which are three or more than three in number.
In the figure above we have three tree trunks labelled A, B, C .
We can see that tree trunk labelled B is thickest and tree trunk labelled A is thinnest
