Alphabet Test: These days various competitive exams are conducted to select candidates. In these examinations metal ability of the candidate is analysed. Alphabet test is a fast way to analyse the mental ability of the candidate as each and every candidate is well aware about the alphabetical order. In this type of question, students are asked to find the place of an alphabet or a word based on the different types of arrangement
Letter Word Problem: We are given a word problem in which certain letters of the given word are rearranged depending on the rule mentioned in the question. The candidate required to analyse the question given and choose the correct option from a given set of options.
Illustration: If the first three letters of the word COMPREHENSION are reversed, then the last three letters are added and then the remaining letters are reversed and added, then which letter will be exactly in the middle ?

Answer: D
Solution : According to the question the first three of the word are reversed that is COM will become MOC
The last three letters of the word are added that is ION is added to MOC so the word becomes MOCION
the remaining letters are reversed and added that is PREHENS on reversing the digits will become SNEHERP on adding to MOCION will become MOCIONSNEHERP The middle letter is the seventh letter, which is S. Hence, the answer is D.

Solution : As given in the question If the first and third letters in the word NECESSARY were interchanged, also the fourth and the sixth letters, and the seventh and the ninth letters, We interchange the positions of the letters as shown below :
The new letter sequence is CENSSEYRA.. The seventh letter from the left will be Y.Hence the right option is B
If in the word DISTURBANCE, The first letter is interchanged with the last letter, the second letter is interchanged with the tenth letter and so on , which letter would come after 'T' in the newly formed word ? | |||
