Law Making Process
A legislative proposal to be presented before a House of the Legislative Assembly is called a Bill. There are two types of bills
(1) Ordinary Bills
(2) Money Bills
Ordinary Bill
Procedure of Ordinary Bill
After the Third Reading the Bill is sent to other House. (In States where there is one House of the Legislature, the bill is sent to the Governor).
In the Second House also, the bill passes through the same stages through which the bill passed in the First House
